I have had so many great conversations with marketing executives, industry-specific publishers, and other business owners, I thought it was time to share the knowledge.

I have three general questions I will ask each interviewee, so I thought the best way to start was to interview myself.  

This podcast will bring my two passions together – fitness and marketing.  They have so many similar characteristics it just made sense to connect them. To get results in both your marketing and your fitness programs, you must have consistency and target specific areas in order to reach your goals.
